    • Usually sent by family, friends or business associates
    • Delivered directly to the funeral home or church
    • Our florists use only the freshest flowers available, so colors and varieties will vary.
    • Your choice of with or without bow. 
    • Large arrangement measures approximately 27"H x 24"L Upgraded versions will be more full and use more premium flowers such as roses, lily and orchids.

Delivery Details

Please have your orders in by the following times to ensure delivery on requested date:
12:00 Noon for same day residential, hospital and care facilities & pick-ups. Monday to Friday
-10:00am same day for business delivery before 4:00pm Mon-Fri
Deliveries must be in by 2pm Friday prior or Thursday if Friday is a holiday.
3:00pm for next day deliveries outside the perimeter. Mon-Fri.
All deliveries entered after cut off times will automatically be moved to next business day.
How soon will my gift be delivered?
We create each floral arrangement fresh for you, so please allow us a bit of time to put some care into creating your gift. All gift to offices are delivered by 4pm, gifts to homes by 6pm on the requested day. For timed and after hours deliveries please refer to full delivery details page linked below.
You will be notified by email when your gift has been delivered.
Will the recipient be contacted?
All recipients will be contacted prior to delivery unless business or care facility option is chosen during checkout with the exception of MOTHER'S DAY. We will not be calling in advance except for apartments or specifically requested.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if the person is not home?
For orders going to residential homes, we contact the person prior to sending out your gift and coordinating a time with them for delivery. You will be notified by email on delivery updates.
For deliveries to care facilities, business and hospitals, we do not call in advance. Please ensure the recipient will be there on the day you have requested a delivery.
Can I add a large card, chocolate or balloon to my order?
Yes, after you have added your item to the cart, the next step will allow you to choose from chocolates, balloons, stuffed toys ect.
Will my arrangement look exactly like the picture?
We always strive to create your floral gift as close as possible to the image, using the best flowers of the season. Some variations may occur, however the overall look will be equally lovely. Should the designer feel we cannot achieve a equally beautiful look with in season blooms, we will contact you via email to offer you options. You can see our full substitution policy here:
