Due to Covid-19 restrictions changing daily, please ensure the care facility you are sending gifts to will receive them. 

For some seniors residents, they are not allowing flowers or plants, however they are allowing packaged food items. Items in our Gourmet Collection can generally be sent if packaged food items are allowed.

Most senior residents if allowing flowers and plants want them delivered in a container that can be wiped down. We are aware of this and will alter any container going to a seniors residence to comply by these rules. 

Some are also allowing fruit, however each piece must be  bagged. Please advise us if this is the case and we will wrap accordingly. 

Should you order something that we already know cannot be sent, we will contact you to let you know, however, things change daily and we are not able to keep up with all the change in rules, so please check before ordering. 

We are not responsible for items chosen that cannot be sent, no refunds or exchanges will be given once the item has had a attempted delivery.

With the exception of holidays and deliveries to businesses, we do not deliver any items until we have contacted the recipient to confirm that they will be home to receive your gift.
This means that if we can not contact the recipient, your gift may not be delivered on the requested date. Please call us if you have any questions on this policy. 
Please make sure to provide a correct home or cell phone number for the recipient. 

If the recipient decides to pick up your gift instead of having it delivered, we will add the value of the delivery into the gift. For example, if you order a dozen roses with baby's breath, we will upgrade the baby’s breath to a premium accent flower and add more greenery to make the bouquet more full. 

Same day delivery may not be available during peak times such as Valentines, Mothers Day and Christmas.
At peak times such as Christmas, Valentines day and Mother's Day we are aware that it is important that your flowers arrive in good time. During these times, deliveries are generally scheduled for next day delivery only, so please order early. 
We cannot always guarantee AM or PM delivery times, but are always willing to do our best to meet your time-of-day requests, whenever possible, except for Holidays. In many cases we are limited simply by the amount of available time needed to fulfill an order as quickly as possible to your satisfaction.
During busy holiday times we always recommend placing your order well in advance. Christmas, Valentine's and Mother's Day are generally the busiest flower-giving times during the year. For Mother's Day in particular, we recommend choosing a delivery date on the Friday or Saturday before busy Mother's Day. Mom will love the early gift of flowers!
 Please note that our delivery agents are often not allowed to take a flower order directly to the recipient's room in hospitals, hotels, and in some businesses or military installations. Due to the unique nature of these deliveries, we will gladly guarantee delivery only to the reception desk or suitable equivalent.
    The best way to determine if a delivery has met with your satisfaction is often to contact the recipient directly. The next best method is to contact us on the next business day after scheduled delivery. We strive to ensure that we are able to provide consistent, reliable and successful deliveries.     Please note that at very busy holiday times (such as Valentine's Day or Mother's Day) we may not be able to respond to phone inquiries immediately. Rest assured we are completely aware that your flower gift is very important, and our trained, professional staff is working very hard to achieve complete satisfaction for both recipient and sender.
