Roots Peru knows that the key to its success is the generosity of nature. Committed to environmental stewardship and proper use of natural resources, we integrate our agricultural practices and employee training with Integrated Pest Management (IPM). Also, we use biological controls, recycle our waste products and deliver inorganic materials to specialized recyclers while organic products are taken to our composting facilities to produce natural fertilizers.

We are very grateful because nature has favored us with water sources from natural springs and surrounding glaciers. However, we recognize that this comes with a big responsibility and that is why we make reasonable use of natural resources applying advanced irrigation techniques and treating our wastewater to avoid contaminating these sources of pure, natural water.
