To our valued clients,
ATTENTION: PLEASE READ OUR DELIVERY PAGE for important details when delivering to care facilities or hospitals.
With the recent and every changing developments regarding the Covid-19 we would like to assure you that Valley Flowers is taking every measure available to us to ensure not only the safety of our clients, but also the safety of our staff.
We are also closely watching any information released by the Food and Drug administration to ensure we are up to date as to what poses a risk and what has been deemed safe. You can read details here.
To date there has not been a risk deemed to packaging, food or floral products.
We are however erring on the side of caution and will be reducing our packaging as much as possible, based on our day to day weather patterns, just to be on the safe side.
We are taking steps to ensure our products leave here as clean as possible, with each container being wiped down with hospital grade cleaners prior to being packaged.
We know through all this time of uncertainty, there are still loved ones who are celebrating milestones in their lives, friends who could use a pick me up and family who need a "hug"! We will continue to provide our online and phone service to ensure we can spread as much joy as possible during this time while staying within the safety guidelines outlined by the FDA.
For our deliveries, we will be contacting the recipients in advance, and leaving the flowers on their doorstep at the scheduled time, to ensure the safety of the recipient and our drivers.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions changing daily, please ensure the care facility you are sending flowers and plants to will receive them. There are no refunds or returns allowed in these circumstances. We will not be responsible for items rejected by the care facility. They will in general be left there as a donation to the main entrance or waiting area.
Should you wish for something to be sent while the care facility is not allowing flowers and plants, may we recommend a gift certificate for when they are allowed. We will mail them the gift certificate along with your well wishes in a lovely card.
